  i dont know what happen but they have much better service than before. giving out at least 20% discount for any flowers and having sales for 2dz roses. they treat me much better than las time i visited. sales reps are much more nicer...

  Called in to ask if they had any single roses, they told me they did and it was fine. I live relatively close so I walked there for 5-10 minutes. I get there and they tell me they have none left. Unorganised and shoddy service.

  Been getting flowers for years at this place to wife at the hospital across street until this year. Paid for flowers to deliver on 13th to avoid rush on the 14th V day. Missed delivery dates on 13th (told it was scheduled for the 14th) and 14th both. Wife left work without flowers on the 14th! Walked for refund, "come back tomorrow, manager is not here! Nothing I can do for you." Threatened to call police to escort me off the place. Boy was I a customer that got serviced, for the last time.

  Never ordering from them again!! Called ordered flowers was told guaranteed by 1 ..Called back got attitude by the manager and she said do I just want to cancel them.. Horrible customer service!!!

  I have recently started utilising the services of florists. My new love is a real girly woman and loves to receive flowers. I have bought more flowers in the last couple months than my entire life.
  
  I was rather disappointed with the flowers I got here, as I was only looking for red roses the lack of selection didn't make much difference to me.
  
  The gave me the best roses I saw there, but the buds were already opened. Also I had to ask for them to put the little vials of water on the stems.
  
  They were also quite delayed because there is only 1 computer/register available for them to ring people up. So even though I was ready to go, I had to wait for the other girl working with a customer to finish before I could pay and get going.
  
  I would probably not go back. I have never really happy with Conroys, but it had been decades since I had been to one, and most locations have gone out of business, so I hoped/expected the remaining locations to be good quality. I guess not.
