  • St. Paul's is where God's eternal, healing and life-giving Word is rightly preached, and God's free gifts, those that build trust in Christ's promises and provide forgiveness of sins, via His physical means of delivery (water baptism, bread-and-wine communion, and His spoken words of forgiveness) are rightly delivered. Did you know that Jesus of Nazareth regularly dined with some really awful, notorious people-- the most despised of His day (Luke 15:2)?  (In middle-Eastern culture, you only dined with those who were in your social circle.)   He purposely sought them out, and He still does today!  Why?  Because he cares for all people and doesn't want any to perish (1 Peter 5:7, 2 Peter 3:9). He requests your presence at His weekly "banquet" so He can feed you (Lord's Supper), wash you (Baptism), and speak to you His words of mercy and forgiveness (Absolution), through His called and ordained servants rightly preaching His Words (Holy Bible) to you, in a liturgical worship service, for the building and fortifying of your trust in Him and in His promises. He will then clothe you with a spotless robe of His righteousness (Rev 3:5) and He will place a ring on your finger, honoring you as His adopted son or daughter (Luke 15:22-25).  He does everything for you, for free; it's pure gift, so you can live with Him forever in fullness of joy and with pleasures forevermore-- the VERY reason you were created (Psalms 16:11)! What do you have do?  Just show up!  What do you need to bring to the table?  The same thing the homeless do when they show up at a soup kitchen-- nothing but themselves.  You're like the recently-diagnosed HIV/AIDS patient  who shows up at the clinic for free treatment-- you bring NOTHING but yourself and your ultimately deadly, but treatable disease (sin). You just have got to get yourself there.   His is an open invitation, whether you feel the need or not,  to share His life-giving food and drink, water and words.  The "worst of the worse" (today, it would be drug-dealing, child pornographers, for example) are who He dined with back then, and He is no different today.  He is patiently waiting to serve you, heal you, and give you life everlasting, whenever you'd like to come.

  • I'm in the process of enrolling my daughter and the staff at St. Paul's has been extremely helpful and informative.

  • This is one of the better preschools in the area. The staff are all well educated, and each classroom follow a consistent and progressive teaching process that includes music, art, creative play and phonics, which of course helps all the children to enjoy reading and creative play.

I placed my son in this school because of their promise that they can help with my son's special needs for his speech... My son was extremely excited to go to school. He began with excitement, and the next week he would enter with weary eyes (as if a monster will pop out from walking into his classroom). When I picked him up, he was always in tears. the 3rd week, he would beg me not to take him there and picking him up seemed as if he cried all day long. out of the 4-5 teachers I met there, there only seemed to be 1 aide that would comfort him. Since noticing these things, I would drop by at different times just to look into the window and eventually walk in very quietly. I would spot my son crying and being comforted by that same 1 aide/assistant (who is the oldest lady there and very loving ora). At a different time, when I walked in the classroom quietly, one teacher (who had her back to me) was scolding my son because he was touching some toys on a shelf...then when a teacher that was facing me called out to the teacher that scolded my son and pointed out that I was there....
in the 6 weeks my son was there, I paid weeks in advance for his care, but my husband and I would constantly be approached by the dean/administrator telling us "our son is a difficult child" and that basically he requires more payment for him??!! They would tack on any excuse to overcharge for like forgetting a blanket for him one day, or because I was 5 minutes late to bring his lunch there, or that our son brought with him his own toy to play with and that he should not have, etc. their nagging was outrageous and overwhelming. We pulled our son out of this school for what it seemed not soon enough.
Our son did not improve in his speech at all in St. Paul's Lutheran.
He is currently at a different school where every different teacher that has been with him give us nothing but praise and thanks that he such a well behaved and "sweetheart' of a boy. Which is same praise we have heard about him from our nannies, daycare, and friends whom have been with our son before placing him in St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool.
Although they were very informative and comforting all my questions and concerns on the first day we visitted the school, it was not after registration and payment...
