  On be half of my father, family and myself THANK YOU! Ken McKenzie, facility and staff were professional and compassionate. Attentive to all our needs. Not to mention affordable without sacrificing a dignified and honorable service. I will be eternally greatful.

  If there was a Zero Star option, that would have been the rating that i gave them.
  
  Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with their services. It has been almost a month in 5 days yet can't get the remains of a loved one. Then when you call the place, they keep saying they will return the call because they are busy. Where's the compassion in that? It's sad that we already lost a loved one and even more sad that i can't seem to get an answer about the remains!

  Place seems nice, but very small. This place would be great if was a little bit bigger. With everybody emotions high, it makes it hard to breath. Plus it gets really hot inside.

  Don't waste your money here! Everything is highly overpriced, staff SUCKS, and they messed several things up for my father in law's service. We paid for a cremation package and they didn't even start the cremation until the night before his service!! Even though we had his body released to them a WEEK before hand! They almost didn't have it done because apparently the staff didn't have the correct paperwork filled out, so they called us the DAY BEFORE his service saying they didn't have the correct documents to follow thru with his cremation! We were all so stressed out about it! We are not even sure how they ended up getting it done!?! Is it really my father in laws ashes in the urn?? Then, during the service, they had to keep changing the microphone batteries WHILE PEOPLE WERE TALKING. There was NO ONE helping us out during the service to make sure things went smoothly, my husband had to do all of that ON HIS OWN while also trying to mourn his father at the same time. UNBELIEVABLE! Then, the music that my brother in law worked hard to put together DIDN'T EVEN PLAY during the picture slide show when it was supposed to. The Priest we paid for that they hired was a bit weird & kept getting his facts wrong about my father in law! (So embarrassing!), AND the place was just too damn small and HOT!!! Too many things went wrong with these people and my family really deserves some of their money back for all of this!!

  Ken has been a blessing in a very difficult time. He is caring and honest and has made losing my Dad a little easier to cope with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
