  Sensitive and sympathetic. Great service and very much a working class oriented business. This is the every day people kind of mortuary. I was pleased with the Memory package. Good choice of caskets and funeral accessories. Coordination of cemetery and church services handled efficiently. The chapel was certainly adequate for our needs and the use of the kitchen was excellent for families that have small children. The ability to watch the custom video in both areas was great. A good experience for such a difficult time.
